If the old Glory saw the new Glory, she wouldn’t recognize herself. There are levels to living a healthy lifestyle, and my journey to health and fitness was no exception. It was January 6, 2014, and “Nothing Was the Same.” Five years later, and I'm a published scientist, health analyst, bodybuilding competitor, fitness model and entrepreneur.
To Date I've Lost 55 Pounds. I did not get serious about my health until my mother had a stroke. She was previously advised by doctors to eat healthier, take the necessary steps to lose weight, and to lower her blood pressure and cholesterol, but did not take the advice seriously.
With my mother facing death, I became determined to empower through action and not just words. I knew that my mother's health scare would soon be my own if I didn't make a change. I know many women are where I once was, between who they want to be and the person they see in the mirror. Though I'm a different person physically, the most meaningful change has been mental. It's my mission that people realize that they already have what it takes on the inside to take that blind leap of faith and make the change.

In this phase we're going to kick start your metabolism, shed the most amount of pounds, and begin to shape. Your body will start to change, you'll be following our "Digestion & Elimination Protocol, as well as a new Nutrition regimen for your goals.
You'll complete 2 strength training videos per week.
You'll need to take 10.000 steps every day. No excuses.
You'll need to follow your "Newbie
Nutrition" Protocol. It's very easy to follow, so do not change anything
This phase is all about building upon the momentum and learn more about your body and the elements that actually help you enhance results, increase energy and improve metabolism.
You'll learn about macros and how they affect your body (for good or bad)
You'll begin to track your food using My FitnessPal, so you can dial into fat loss even further. Your workouts will be slightly different as we will be building on previous weeks.
You'll follow a new nutrition plan called "The Shred Diet"
This is where we fine-tune your results! This phase is all about finishing strong AND learning the processes & things you need to get over plateaus, KEEP losing weight, and KEEP IT OFF for good...
You'll learn to evaluate your progress and what changes need to be done to keep losing the weight (if there's still weight to lose).
You'll continue to track, and we'll teach you WHEN you should go back to the "Newbie Nutrition" protocol
We will teach you a new concept called "Reverse Dieting", and by the end of your journey you'll decide if you want to enter into this new protocol
You can't cheat these workouts. Dr. Glory is right there with you, holding you accountable, correcting your form, guiding you and motivating you. And the other women in the community are absolutely phenomenal to workout with.
